01设备与权限
Shaw 3D 需要 iOS 17 或更高版本。LiDAR 扫描需要配备 LiDAR 的 iPhone；照片采集及本机建模取决于设备是否支持 Apple Object Capture，应用会显示当前设备可用的功能。
扫描时需要相机权限。若拒绝后需要重新开启，可在 iPhone“设置”中找到 Shaw 3D，允许使用相机。未获相机权限时无法拍摄或进行实时扫描。
02第一次扫描
- 在扫描库选择新建扫描，再选择设备支持的采集模式。
- 选择静止、不透明、少反光的物体，保持光线充足。
- 缓慢绕行，补充侧面与上方视角；LiDAR 扫描可暂停后继续补扫。
- 完成并保存，在查看页检查点云或模型，再处理和导出。
暂停期间请让应用留在前台；离开应用或系统终止进程可能影响尚未保存的采集。
03导出与比例
点云可以导出为 PLY；重建结果和照片模型按页面提供的选项导出 USDZ 或毫米制 STL。可使用系统分享菜单，通过隔空投送或“存储到文件”传到电脑。
点云坐标单位为米。照片模型可用已知长度校准比例。采样间距与网格设置不代表测量精度；打印或加工前请核对尺寸、模型完整性和切片结果。补面不能恢复真实缺失细节。
04文件与删除
项目保存在设备上。在扫描库进入管理并删除对应项目，即可删除应用项目目录中的数据。已分享到“文件”、电脑或其他服务的副本，需要到相应位置单独删除。
请在删除或卸载应用前导出需要保留的项目。应用不提供开发者云端存储或自动同步服务。
05反馈问题
发邮件时建议注明 iPhone 型号、iOS 版本、Shaw 3D 版本、使用模式、操作步骤和错误提示。必要时可附去除个人信息的界面截图。
不需要发送家庭环境、人物、位置等敏感内容，也不需要提供账号密码。邮件内容会用于处理你的反馈，具体说明见隐私政策。

Shaw 3D Support

Device requirements
Requires iOS 17 or later. LiDAR scanning requires an iPhone with LiDAR. Photo capture and on-device reconstruction depend on Apple Object Capture support. Allow camera access in Settings to capture scans.
Capture and export
Choose a still, opaque object with little reflection and good lighting. Move slowly around it to cover multiple angles. Save the project, inspect the result, then use the available PLY, USDZ or millimetre STL export options and the iOS share sheet. Keep the app in the foreground during paused capture.
Point-cloud coordinates use metres. Calibrate photo-model scale using a known length. Sampling settings are not a guarantee of measurement accuracy. Check dimensions and mesh completeness before printing or fabrication.
Storage and deletion
Projects are stored on your device. Delete a project through library management. Copies exported elsewhere must be deleted separately. Export important projects before uninstalling. There is no developer-provided cloud storage or automatic sync.
Report an issue
Email your device model, iOS version, app version, capture mode, steps and error message. A screenshot with personal information removed may help. Do not send passwords or sensitive scans. See our Privacy Policy for support-email handling.
